Great Value! From: SATeacher Date posted: 7/10/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   The apartments are not perfect because they are a little old; however, for the variety of spacious floor plans and amenities offered they are very affordable! For a large apartment complex, noise is minimal and parking is ample. There are large trees all around and the grounds are kept up beautifully. The best part; however, is the staff! They are extremely friendly and willing to work with you if your credit is less than perfect. The maintenace staff is quick to respond to major problems and fixes minor problems ASAP. We have had several repairs (mostly minor adjustments) and have been very happy with the quality and timeliness of the work. Kenton is a great place to call HOME!
