As we're in the process of being moved to another State, we wanted to give Kenton kudos. We were quite surprised to log onto this site and read the last writer's review. In all fairness, we've had a couple of maintenance issues, and they have had to come back a second time. This is not their strongest point. But after calling the office to make our report, they did come back and found the source of the problem and fixed it. And as long as we've lived here, we've never found the office staff to be "inept". Although the staff changes hands quite often, Traci, who has worked here as long as we've lived here, has always been not only friendly, but professional and accessible. It's obvious that she cares about the living experience we've had while we've been here. We've lived in other apartments around the US and just as in apartment living and life itself, there have been annoyances. But Kenton has made us feel at home and has been well worht our stay in San Antonio.
