I have now lived here for 11 months. I will not be renewing my lease for the following reasons. The gates have worked for a total of 1 1/2 months of the time we've lived here. Maint. takes over a month to get to work orders (if you hound them). The stairs to the 2nd floor apts. are falling apart. The parking lot has more creators than the moon. The management will not make people move from assigned parking when they are in the wrong spot (they leave a note, when the lease says they will be towed). Worst of all the complex is getting dangerous with 2 shootings happening right across the street in the past 4 months (those people come into this complex regularly). Overall, this is not a safe place to live due to lack of upkeep and violence.
