Run before signing anything From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/7/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   Property manager is nice, office staff friendly but incompetent. property grounds dirty. Lots of security issues-- Poorly lit and (security/entry) gate is always open. Exercise facility has 1 working machine the rest are broken. Laundry Facility is filthy. Water is shared and you don't get to see the readings only a bill. Parking is good, plenty of spaces. maintenance problems: turned in a service request over a month ago and haven't had any luck. Apts: very old appliances, nice patio w/ storage, old paint throughout, doors in apts are painted, walls are thin. Carpet and vinyl old. Fellow tenants seem nice and quite. Overall: Management doesn't take to much pride in the apts or property, only does what needs to be done. Once you sign that lease don't expect too much more. Rent at your own risk.I would not recommend or rent from here again.
