Where do I start; Well there are gates on the front entrance but why, the gates are never closed I came in last night at almost midnight and the gate is open doesn't make me feel very secure, especially with a recent break-in. In the 4 months I have been there, I think that I have had to key-in 3 times. The stove was listed when we first moved in (Feb) as having 2 burners that do not work and still do not work. Both of our smoke detectors do not work, when we first moved in they kept going off, we unplugged and told the office, well they are still on the counter waiting to be fixed. There is a leak in the ceiling and above the fireplace, the water stain came right through te paint job after the first rain, a maintenance guy stopped by and agreed it was a leak and haven not seen since. The fireplace mantle is so warped from the water damage that you can't even put anything on the mantle because it will fall off. It took 4 weeks to get a lock on the mailbox, in the time during the wait we had to drive all the way to the post office because the office couldn't hold the mail for us - not our fault.
