it is 80 degrees in the apartment, we have complained verbally over the past 2 months and have sent 3 written documents listing the issues I needed repaired. Each of the documents have listed the poor a/c unit. We have it set at the lowest setting and it is still 80 degrees. I have now filed a third document asking to be for my lease to be broken due to unsatisfacftory coditions. I have even spoke with the regional operations director which has not proven to resolve the problem. We have only been in the complex since February which has been one issue after another. Please heed my warning about renting at Kenton apartment as it doesn't meet the advertised expectations - if you are put on hold the first thing heard is that it is a gated community, since February I have never seen the entrance gate closed, so anyone can enter and there have been break-ins. I had to complain to get the smoke detectors fixed, the are soft spots in the walls above the fireplace which are disgusting. I regret ever moving to Kenton apartments and hopefully you will take y advice and not get stuck here as I have. I could not even make it 6 months at Kenton.
