Well let's just go in the order of the ratings system:

Parking--We have assigned covered parking but it is horrible. The spaces are too small to adequately get in and out of the car for a normal person...let alone pregnant! Someone is always parked in our spot, including maintenance. They do not tow violators, we had a neighbor who consistently let his friends park in our spot and nothing was done about it even though we complained every time.

Noise--Now I realize living in an apt complex you can hear your neighbors sometimes. I've lived in other complexes and have never heard my neighbors as clearly as I can here. I hear an alarm clock going off at 4:30am in the morning...and I'm a heavy sleeper. We have also heard other things that we don't need to go in detail about here.

Grounds--The pools are ok when they are clean. The "state of the art" fitness center consists of some free weights, broken equipment and one treadmill that works but you need to get a key for and put down a deposit to use. The sand volleyball court has more grass and animal droppings than sand. The paint is peeling everywhere. I'm not expecting perfection, but when my 3yo cuts her hand from paint peeling on our banister then I'm mad. And that was after management was asked about 3 times to repaint it or strip the paint (which still hasn't happened). Oh and the gates never work.

Safety--Like other people have said, if you live in the back by that gate you are screwed. The gate is always open and the fence has holes for people to walk through. The apt complex next door has a big drug problem and gang violence and they drift over here quite a bit. I don't feel safe here, especially with my kids. The playground is not a safe place at all. When I brought my daughter over there she found pills in the dirt.

Construction--This place is rotting and falling apart. There is one building that has a crack through the wall and it was roped off for a few months so no one could get in it. There is no rope around it anymore, but it is still condemned. Our dishwasher never works unless we play with the door to get it to fit in properly. Our front door was replaced and is still not aligned properly. There is a slit where air slips out and wasps come in.

Maintenance--Hahaha, yeah right. They never get anything done, even after putting in 4 or 5 requests. Although the new maintenance actually cleaned the pools and made them sparkling clean.

Staff--Well they have a completely new staff now and they don't seem to be particularly friendly.

Overall--I would not recommend this place to anybody. It's sad because the floor plans are huge and at one time (a long time ago) this place was probably really nice. It's embarrassing to have friends over here. Thank goodness our lease is almost up and we will be out of this place!
