I have hired a lawyer just to get my pet deposit back, I had to move due to an unacceptable living condition, during the summer months the temperature in the apartment never was below 78 and it did not matter how low the thermostat was set. I finally had to purchase a room a/c unit to keep it bearable. But finally had enough and now after 6 weeks I am waiting to get my $300 per deposit back, every time I call I can never reach the manager and when I ask to get a return call she never calls back. I have finally hired a lawyer and I just want this to be over with so I never have to deal with this apartment complex again. I have rented from another Westdale property and never received this type of dissatisfaction. The gates never work and there have been daytime burglaries. With the gates open all kinds of people are coming in and out of the complex or least is was going on while I was a tenant. Completely unhappy!
