i have been a resident of kingswood manor for almost one year now and in that time i have had one maintenance request taken care of. the management changes frequently and we are currently stuck with a very rude woman who pretends to manage the complex from a location other than the office. it is nearly impossible to catch her in the office. before this manager was here you could at least count on the office being open during the posted hours. several problems are present on this property including frequent car break ins and domestic problems. if i were you i would walk away from kingswood and move somewhere else.
