I MOVED IN HERE ABOUT 3 MONTHS AGO AND I LIKE IT HERE. IT IS SO MUCH BETTER THAN MY LAST APARTMENT. ESPECIALLY SINCE THE LAUNDROMAT IS OPEN 24 HRS. SINCE I WORK LATE AT NIGHT THAT IS THE ONLY TIME THAT I CAN DO MY LAUNDRY. IT IS REAL NICE HERE AND THE MANAGEMENT IS NICE AND TAKES CARE OF THEIR RESPONSABILITIES. THE MAINTENANCE COMES IN AS SOON AS POSSIBLE WHEN I SEND IN A REQUEST. DEPENDING THE IMPORTANCE OF COURSE. GRACE AND RAY ARE REALLY HELPFUL WHEN I HAVE ANY QUESTIONS AND ARE ALWAYS THERE IF I NEED ANYTHING. SO FAR MY EXPERIENCE AT KINGSWOOD IS THE BEST OUT OF ANY OF THE APARTMENTS THAT I HAVE LIVED IN. COMING HOME TO A NICE COMPLEX THAT HAS NICE LAWN MAINTENANCE AND A NICE SWIMMING POOL. AND I ALWAYS SEE GRACE OUT THERE WATERING THE FLOWERS. A DEDICATED MANAGER! WHAT ELSE COULD SOMEONE ASK FOR'!
