The lady that was managing when I was there charged me about $400 when I moved out for things I marker on the lease when you mark damages already there. I put that there were scratches on the counters and she charged me to replace the counters becuase she saaid I marked them wrong. She said I should have mark gashes or something mentioning deep cuts. I enetually went to the Lynd company and complained twice about her and they too went behind my back and called the manager when I told them not to that I would go talk to her my self. So when I got to the manager there she was already expeting me and was mad. I jsut dont recomend this complex and the leasing company. Stay away from Lynd company.
