The management here changes almost yearly, so they never quite get the knack. Be prepared to have rent go up $5-20 every time you sign a new lease - even just 6 months later. The area has become a little scary -- an armed robbery in the parking lot, several vehicle break ins, missing person last year. The one good thing is the maintenance crew -- they are very helpful and respond quickly, which they have to, since the 1960s appliances are always breaking.

only 5-20? wow you're lucky. competitive companies usually up rents by 50 because their comps are higher. the reason? theres other people willing to pay market rent. why keep a person whos going to only pay 650 when someone's offering 750? think about it...yes the area is scary though.
