Place is nice, but the Staff makes the Difference

The Maintenance Man (Daniel), and the Office Staff (Rhea, Jesse, & Roshelle) are top notch and make a HUGE difference. The grounds are nice, the apartments are nice and the other residents haven't given me any problems. The gates' up time is about 97% and I haven't had any problems with outsiders or solicitors knocking on my door. I just wish their 1 Bed / 1 Bath came with full size Washer Dryer connections. That's a tiny problem though as this is my bigest complant.

They do have 1 bedroom/ 1 bath apts that have full size washer and dryers, only the smallest one bedroom doesn't.
