I have been a resident for almost a year, and I have a had bad experiences with the staff, especially with one of their supervisors... She doesn't care about what her tenants feel, whenever I raise a complaint and she made me feel that "customer is always wrong" and puts the blame on me... I personally think that the management needs to look into this seriously and maybe investing more on training their staffs with "after sales customer service" AND "personality development"... I can't wait to finish my contract here and move to a more "tenant friendly" apartment complex.

i have to agree with you... i had the same experience myself... im glad my contract is only month to month. will leave this complex soon!
