This is a very nice complex, the staff is very nice, and they are always willing to do what they can to make life here as easy as possible. I have lived with my wife in this complex for 5 years, in sept '09. and we just renewed our lease. We have recommended the complex to all of our friends. I would recommend it to anyone.
As for the bad staff reviews, all I have to say is, I have never been treated badly. I feel that if you are reasonable and respectful to them they will ALWAYS treat you the same.
