The good, the bad, and the ugly

I've been told many a time that if you don't have something nice to say then don't say anything at all.
The Good
--------
What sold me on La Jolla was it's location and the special price they sold me on. I ever renewed once. I really like being able to hop right on I-10 and go anywhere I want quickly. Oh, and they have garages!
The Bad
-------
I think this apartment complex qualifies for Section 8. Not that I have anything wrong with that, but it seems well populated by complete weirdos. The billing here is awful. They are slow to accept their mistakes. Management is looking for *any* opportunity to swindle more money from you in ways of penalties and fees. Parking *was* bad until I got a garage which took over a year to get. Did you know that La Jolla has been the subject of at least two local newcast investigative reports'' I know, too, that I'm going to have to faight when I leave over the state of my bathtub. They PAINTED it with white latex paint. Underneath is a fine circa 70's "harvest gold" yellow tub. Over the course of my time, this has peeled away to reveal a nice calico effect.
The ugly
--------
I have Niagra Falls above my stairwell. Not just a drop or two, either. When it drizzles, my stairwell is 75% consumed in water. This, over time, has caused the concrete and steel stairwell to rust and decay. I have fallen and my neighbor's kid fell down it. Repeated letters to AIMCO and pleas to management staff have fallen on deaf ears. It took them *forever* to repair the excersize equipment in the workout facility, and still things are not working correctly. Did I mention the outside is salmon-pink with a forest green tiled roof' *gag*
Verdict:
I've seen and heard of worse, but I'm leaving this place. Buyer beware!
