- Most of these are towards the staff & management who represent the company -
1. Unprincipled & unethical
2. Incompetent
3. Lack of communication and common sense
4. What they say versus what they do are totally different things.
5. Will tell & show you what you want to see & hear to get you in the door.
6. Once you get in the door, they could care less about your needs.
7. If you want something fixed, good luck. Love the paint over the shower/tub area. Chips and peels off consistently...
8. If they screw up on something, they don't take responsibility for it, and you are left to pay for it.
9. Noise level is terrible, you can hear almost everything.
10. You know the use of security gates right' Well their's just stay open 24-7. SOME SECURITY. They might as well scratch that off their advertisement.
Bottom line is this, when they offer you a really good deal, ever wonder why' Don't expect much, you get what you pay for.
Going for cheap' You got it. Welcome to the Ghetto of San Antonio as one person has already called it. If you got a chance to see the turn over rate here, you'd understand.
