At one point we too were suckered in to the La Jolla scam. We viewed the clean flawless "model" apartment, and the cheap monthly rates and we were sold.
Now, after livinge here we have plenty of reasons to complain.

- In less than a month and half, our air conditioner has broken down 3 times!
- TRASH has moved in downstairs and hangs out with young wannabe thugs, asks you for drugs, throws temper tantrums like a two-year old, sits outside all day long like a chair ornament with a scowl, and most annoyingly, uses the porch as a storage closet for all residents to see.
- Keep trying to scrub the tub to get rid of the flaking paint, maybe one day you will see the old shiny gold treasure underneath!
- 24-hour workout gym, perfectly equiped with wieghts and a treadmill from the 1970's!
- Stray cats hover around like Pet Cemetary!
- Management; I thought you had to be at least 16 years old to work.
- Prices get higher and higher as these apartments get worse and worse.
Very disapointed and stuck here!!!!!
