the rent is nice i must admit, but you pay for it in the long run! everything i have read on this page i agree with! the place is falling apart and they don't want to fix it. they is always a new manager (not sure why they don't stay) the maintenance people are no help what so ever! only one telephone jack works in my apt and happens to be in a bedroom. the cabinets are falling apart and the pain job is horrible. the carpet!! let's not even talk about the carpet!
