The person that wrote the last report sound incredible or fake. I heard the management staff go into this site and write a "good" review anytime they see a bad one. I really believe this now. I wouldn't wish living here to my worse enemy.

Excuse me, but I really do live here. I have not had any major problems, aside from a few A/C problems and high electric bills. I don't get double billed and I don't have bugs or rodents in my apartment. The pools are clean. Now they're even re-painting the community.
And if you think I'm someone on the staff, you are sadly mistaken. Why are you so bitter? Why don't you enlighten everyone to what's gone wrong for you?

maybe his/her apartment is dirty and doesn't clean it thats why he/she has a bug problem??!!!

i will fend for the orig. poster of this message, I have had numerous things go wrong with my apartment and would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone, even with the new management. They are all rude, minus Precilla the Manager, and dirty, they have all pissed in my toliet and not flushed, left my blinds open after working in my aparment, tried to cover STANDING water with paint and said that it would take care of itself in 3-5 days, now i, along with my wife AND daughter, can't live there due to the mold and mildew. How is this conforting? ITS NOT!!!!!! And you may be lucky enough to get a cleaner apartment than anyone on here, but i have been here since December, and I HATE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This place is a hell hole and nothing but dirty people live here.
