DON"T EVEN APPLY TO MOVE HERE From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/26/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   I thought about moving into these apartments. I paid my application fee, and my deposit. They said that I did not get approved, and they WOULD NOT give me my $99 deposit. They said that they could keep it because my roommate had an old misdemeanor offense from 6 years ago. It wasn't a felony. It seems as if they allow people with felonies to live there. if they have drug dealers living there, and burglars, and sex offenders. The manager is very rude and will steal all of your money. So DONT EVEN APPLY TO LIVE HERE because they will keep your money if you don't get approved. AND YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO GET YOU DEPOSIT BACK IF YOU DONT EVEN MOVE IN. THEY WILL NOT GIVE IT YOU.
