just as awful as everyone (everyone with good sense, that is) says! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/29/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   i don't have much to add, i think everyone else has said it all! this place has changed managers 5 or 6 times since i've been here ('), NOTHING ever gets fixed, if it does it won't be long until it needs fixing again, the water situation''' don't even ask! if you like hearing people have sex and want to know what they're talking about or watching on tv, then this place is perfect! you can hear almost everything within these walls! don't even try to sleep. and if you don't enjoy privacy, great! because your blinds will somehow start falling apart a month or two after you move in. and they won't get fixed. there's water leaking in a bathroom, the air conditioner filters haven't been changed, you get the idea. oh! and there is an empty apartment on the 1st floor of this building (has been empty since at least may) whose windows are sometimes open and always unlocked, in fact there is a big hole in one of them. and yesterday the door was open...all day. and night! i had to call the police just so the damn door would be closed! DON'T DO IT!!!
