I live at La Jolla and I can't say its that bad for the price. Yes it does face the intertate that is why many of us choose it. Management has changed alot but the new staff have been here at least 6 months and they moved the assistant manager up instead of bringing in someone new. Mantineance is a couple days but they fix it right. The really negative is the parking at night. I don't have the extra money for a garage and its hard to find something close to my apartment. The staff is friendly even when being yelled at about the parking. I read the one below about not letting them apply and I am glad they stuck to the standards. Who wants that in their home.
