not a good place to move in to From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/19/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I recommend not moving here. Many things have pissed us off over the pass 6 months of living here and made us regret making the decision. Many things include: -telling us we could see the apartment before moving in, but yet made up excuses every time we try to look at it. -the carpet was soaking wet the day we moved in. which caused my furniture to swell. -many things like the tub, cabinets, and the walls were said to be fix but looked like nothing was done. -I had their maintenance guys eat lunch in my kitchen and took my sodas while leaving food crumbs everywhere. -we complain at least 3 times before something gets fix. -we had a leak from upstairs that came down to us. Took them about two months to fix the walls and didn't tell us they finish it. Afterwards, told us not to worry about mold because âit doesn't grow in San Antonio.â (You can tell there have been previous leaks.) -there was a car out front with no wheels sitting on bricks (thatâs a violation in the lease) a month later the car was gone. -every time it rains my windows leak. -I can hear everything the girl upstairs does. -I have insects that wonât go away. They said they'll get someone to spray my place. It hasn't happen yet. -the parking is horrible too. Theyâve told us weâll get assign parking when the new management comes. When they did I ask and they knew nothing about assign parking. -it's also not a gated community. When we first moved in, she said they'll be fixing the gate next week. Itâs been about 6 months now. -like others have said on this page, they will tell you anything to make you leave their office. -I can go on and on...
