I have lived here since 2005 and I have to say its finally time to move. The new management company-Lincoln Property-and their managers don't give a crap about the residents that live here. If it wasn't for us paying rent, they wouldn't have a job! Anyhoo, I have the worst people that live on top of me. They jump on the floors on all hours of the night and the "dad" weighs about 400 pounds and paces in the living room all freakin night. I have called about 30 times in about 4 months and not a damn thing has been done about them!! My two dogs are terrified to come out of the guest bedroom because of all the stomping on the floor. Its ridiculous!!
I was promised new carpets after my apartment was flooded by another apartment about 2 1/2 years ago, and have yet to have new carpets. This place sucks ass! Don't waste your money on this dump! They prefer to spend their money on new flowers every freakin 3 months than make the residents feel better about living here!
I even had one maintence guy come into my apartment when I wasn't home and didn't put in for a work order...and he would come in a hit my dog. My dog is now terrified of adults thanks to that -------!!
FIND ANOTHER APARTMENT TO SPEND YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON!!!!
