This is a good place to live if you are a student and you dont mind the fact that there are some people who are loud. For the cheap price, you get what you pay for. I had no expectations of this place being the ritz. The apartments are not in good condition. My dishwasher doesnt really work, i have cracks in my walls, my window leaks, one room is always hot, and there is only one, literally one, drawer in all of this apartment. But when i have asked the maintenance to fix problems, they have been prompt and the office staff has always been courteous. They have changed their staff several time, but if you are quiet, dont care about small inconveniences, then you will not mind living here. If you are looking for a nice or even beautiful apartment with size and space, do not even bother stopping in. But if you are looking to save money and dont mind the somewhat ghetto atmosphere of la jolla, then come in.
