first of all this is the worst apartment that I have ever lived in. I moved in in Oct of 05 and my lease is up in one month. If you do not mind the power being out for 2 days straight with no notice from anyone, or the gates suddenly closed after 10 months of them being "broken" , then move here! also, there was a huge rat in my kitchen. My air conditioner went out and they charge you over 100 dollars for electric in an apt that is 480 sq ft! This place is a nightmare. Hoodlums everywhere, if you are a girl I would not recommend walking around at night, it is unsafe and personally, I dont like being followed or yelled at. I dont think anyone in this complex has a job,but everyone seems to have eight kids. and they care more about fixing the pool than fixing your apt. The management staff is a joke, i seriously do not understand where they get these people.
