I had 2 cars stolen at this place... TWO! The office staff are self absorbed idiots. If you like repairing things yourself, then the maintenance is great. Neighbors are ghetto, REALLY ghetto. My downstairs neighbor enjoyed playing music at 3 in the morning and the office staff refused to do anything about it after about 6 complaints I just gave up. I seriously believe that all good ratings of this place are from staff filling out the reviews because no one could honestly think this place is good.

Dont bother with this place at all, Ive lived in an apartment where I had a homeless guy try to sleep on my patio... and I would rather go back there and let him in then live here again.

The only good experience I had at this complex was making two people turn around and leave when I was checking out of the apartment. Whats even better was that one of the girls asked me where I was moving to.

It is March of 2007 and yes ... these apartments STILL SUCK. I knew the Manager who used to run these about 2 years ago, and she told me that the company has opened this to Section 8 housing... so you f*ckers who pay the normal 600-900 dollar rent while others pay 25.00 rent... ahhh, go figure, ENOUGH SAID. My friend said she quit when the company refused to pay her until she retracted her two weeks notice. HOW AWFUL IS THAT!
