First off this place sucks. We are a family this is our first apt. People here are very bad, rude, and don't respect your things and privacy. Since we lived here our cars been scratched and door dings all over. Walls are very poor insulated and moldy all over. Residents here are perverts I always catch people peeking in our windows. Neighbors are loud and young teens are always having parties. Management here is very poor. They never update the resident files. The asst. mangers are always having parties and her husband gets into everybodys business. Maintenance here are dirty and don't know how to fix apt. problems. Like me your better off doing it your self. The only thing left to say run and don't look back. And the only good thing is the fitness area looks nice only if you could use the machinery when the fat slobs are done leaving sweat all over them.

So people like you as well get involed in everyones buisness, how would you know what the Assistant Managers Personal life is like. And how would you know her husband.. It seems to me that you had nothing better to do but to put people down to make yourself feel better. I have not had any trouble with any of the staff. They have been very generous with us and I believe that you so attention. You must have been one who thought that where high maintenance. I have had nothing but good things here since I moved in. The staff is very helpfull and understanding.

Although people have there opinion but bringing personal issues into the rating is kinda childess. The way I see it is that some people think that they where born with a silverspoon in there hands and have nothing better to do but to insult people. I feel that the staff at La Jolla are very friendly and helpful. I have lived here for about a 1 year and I have not been mistreated. If you feel by putting residents and staff down to make you feel like a really person than that is sad that just means you are not happy with your life. The staff is always smiling and never have I seeing anyone in the office being rude. But then again these is my opinion The management take the time to talk and listing to the situation. As far as maintenance they can improve a little.
