Go somewhere else!!!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/21/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   The complex is now owned by a new company, new staff, still the same jacked up maintenance. It's gonna take more than just a fresh coat of paint to cover up how messed up this place is. Late fees for every single thing yet when you need something fixed or even running water for that matter.... you need to wait DAYS!! There's been things we've had on their list to fix from day one and a year later, still no repairs. The old maintenance guy SMELLSSSSS horrible and could use a class on proper hygene!! The new manager thinks he's all that, thinking he's got this place running well but he's got it all wrong. Not a good place for a family to live!!! Look elsewhere!!!!!
