I've rented several apartments before La Jolla, and by far this place is the worst! The discounted electricity is a JOKE because the bill is in the same price range as previous apartments. Moved in during the month of August, for 5 months I have been waiting for repairs ! Maintenance is a JOKE and so is the Office crew! Smell of gas, ceiling leaks water, front door does not even close properly! The list goes on. Save your money because they will move you into an apartment that is hell to live in! And to pay almost 900 is outrageous for what its worth! By far the worst way to spend your money!!!!!!!!

Just wait till you move out and you try to get your deposit back. They arent issuing them out because corperate doesnt have the funds. Im still waiting and i moved out in September. Summit of thousand oaks is way better, im here now.
