I've lived at La Jolla for 2 1/2 months and I'm still waiting on repairs for stuff that was broken on the day I moved in. They've made promises of coming to fix stuff and have done nothing. My stove and refrigerator are taped together. The parking is lousy and if you get home after dark you will probably have to park pretty far from your front door. The cops are there on a regular basis. I wouldn't recommend living here.

my stove handle was taped on there too. but they didn't charge me for it

Just wait till you move out and you try to get your deposit back. They arent issuing them out because corperate doesnt have the funds. Im still waiting and i moved out in September. Summit of thousand oaks is way better, im here now.
