La maison underwent new management in mid 2006 with Angela Frieda being the new management. There are no rat problems! These are an older community however I fell in love with them because they resemble old world townhomes from London. I love my apartment and the neighbors are a joy. Management is wonderful and jump on every need of renters. I have lived there for the past two years and have recommended this community to many of my college mates and they love it! I have an aunt who sold her Park Avenue apartment in New York to purchase at La Maison and she loves it! Keep up the good work La Maison!
