I wouldn't live here if you paid me to. I went on a tour and was totally turned off by the staff. They completely made me feel pressured into signing and I felt really rushed. Then when I expressed my concerns, they gave me attitude so I walked out.

why not? they've obviously experienced the staff...who play a huge role in your apartment community and experience. Summary: "first impressions are a -----".

Hi This is Andrea Paesano I'm the manager of this Community; I do not think that anyone was twisting your arm to sign an application. I know my staff and I can say that they are a little soft in regards to "closing". I do not know what kind of concerns you expressed that may have cause any reaction to give you attitude and I apologize on their behalf. No reason to give attitude.
