I have been here for only four months but I haven't had any bad experiences. I have only placed one service call but it was taken care of right away. The manager and the staff are very friendly and greet you as soon as you go into the office. I have no trouble finding parking and feel safe at night. No wild parties around my area but the walls are a bit thin.
