We have lived here for a few months, and overall I am quite satisfied. There have been a few maintenance calls - handled promptly with good communication. We are still having a problem with the AC freezing over but now its cool so we haven't called them again. That is my only complaint. The neighbors are very nice and very quiet, the apartment is nice and in decent/good shape. I've see 2 things in the apartment that could be in better shape, but they are minor. We haven't had any problems with the staff, and overall its been the best apartment experience we've ever had. I feel safe, there is plenty of parking, everything is clean and well maintained. Maintenance speaks English rather than grunt, and communicates the problems with you directly, by phone, and/or in writing. I am happy here.
