I would not resign my lease here if my life depended on it. The management team are the worst ever. They ignore you when you walk into the office and the assistant manager hangs up on the you if call about a problem. I still have things not working in my apartment that I asked to have fixed back in April but it doesn't matter anymore because my lease is almost up. The worst thing of all is that maintenance comes into your apartment without telling you and they take some of your stuff. I have reported several things missing to them but still nothing has been done. So if you think the apartments look nice from the outside, you better think twice before you get into this horrible place!!

We have HandyTrac an electronic key system, in order to enter in your apartment we need to enter our badge number, pin code, reason for requesting a key, apartment number and than scan the key. Yes the key has a barcode and when we return the key it automatically gets assigned to a different hook. At this point the system has recorded on a external website: Name, Day, Hour, Reason and Apartment that we went to. We do not request keys unless a work order is been requested, or as allowed per your TAA lease agreement. Accusing somebody of stealing is very heavy and I think instead than posting it to this website you should come to the office, make a written report and advise the authority. If what you are saying is the truth the person that "ILLEGALLY" entered your apartment will be immediately terminated and prosecuted. Andrea Paesano

I want to encourage all of the wonderful Residents at La Mirage. Notice, r is capitalized in the word (Resident) This person I speak of comes from the same school and will treat "all" of you with the utmost respect you so deserve. We are entrusted by our Owners to provide nothing less, and you are the reason we have jobs. I cannot say that I know anything about the Asst. Mgr. mentioned in these last reviews. However, I do know about the new Asst. Mgr who is soon to come if she hasn't already. You are in store for a real treat. She's blond too, but don't get it twisted, she is beautiful not just on the outside, but the inside where it really counts. New to the property, she may not have all the answers, however, she will stop short of nothing in an effort to give you genuine, quality customer service. Her professionalism is simply second to none. Don't take my word for it, take a moment to make a special visit to the office to meet her. I assure you, her genuine love of people, courteous mannerism, and outstanding professionalism will speak for itself. People, your world at LM is about to... change!!!

I truly believe that maintenance here is very trustworthy, as well as gracious to work with. And they do the reapirs promptly and thoroughly. I have many CD's and DVD's, amongst other items, and I have never had anything go missing! And management and staff are both great!
