Well, i hate leaving here,i here everything and i mean everything going on upstairs,i am about to go crazy, its like they are running up there, you can here every movement the top neighbors do, i get stressed out about cuz i can not sleep comfortable without hearing something, it drives me crazy, but i am stuck here 9 more months. There is no assigned parking which i think they should enforce, when i come home i have to park far from where my complex is. They do have covered garages but they are still across from me which is not a convience.

It's not that bad! I have lived here for several year now. If you would have simply complained to management about the running and such, I am certain they would have sent the tenant a notice, telling them to be more considerate. I complained once about a neighbor washing clothes too early, and they sent a letter out, and it stopped immediately. Also, you can buy earplugs for $1, and that would simply keep all noise out. It is a fairly quiet complex to live in anyway. I think they have very convenient parking, and better parking than I have experienced in other apartment complexes. I have never had a problem finding a parking space.
