Great Place, Great Management From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/4/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I was amazed that this place had been around for over 30 years and yet there's wasn't one review about it. My guess was that since it didn't have any reviews it must be pretty good. This is assuming that a person will be more likely to write a reveiw about a bad place than a good place. I gave it a try and signed a 1 year lease in November 2006. So far it's the best apartment complex I've ever been in for the price. The apartment was in excellent condition the day I moved in. There have been 2 very minor repairs needed and maintanance has been out the VERY DAY I made the request. Management seems to keep on the top of things. You can't ask for more than that. If I had one complaint it's something that can't be corrected. The drive way to the parking areas on the far left and the far right of the complex are too narrow. Sometimes when you're leaving or coming you have to back up in order to let the other person through. But this is a minor thing. From where I'm at the complex is very quiet. I hardly ever hear a "peep". It's been quite awhile since I could say that at a complex I was in. For the amount of money you spend on rent vs. what you get in terms of apartment space and timely maintanance, you can't beat the price.
