Some Okay and Some bad From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/20/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   Well, I have lived here for about six months. I thought it was going to be a slice of heavan but I was wrong. I will start in order. The staff: I have had no expierience with the manager. Tracy and Catherine are wonderful. They are very helpful and very dedicated. Awsome customer service. Jerry is rude and condesending he is very impolite. I am not saying this because of disagreements but I am saying this form what I have observed. I live in a 650 sqft 1 bed 1 bath. My electric bill has been close to 300 for three months. I am doing nothing out of the ordinary. They replaced my thermostat and gave me 75 off one month but after that it happened again. Parking is a nightmare. Some people have three and 4 cars and parking is very limited so most of the time you have to park outside the gate. I told the manager about people double parking but nothing was done. We had a problem with wasps there for about three weeks but lakeside was quik to have pest control out and remedy that for us. Lakeside is just to expensive for what they offer. I have been to newer and better apartments for less. when I first moved in I had a shower head that was broken and spraying water at the ceiling however nothing was done. Lakside is very animal freindly and has a lot of great places to take your dog. However some tenants like to chain there dogs up to their front doors. In summary if I am going to pay close to a 1000 a month for apartment and electric I would rather live in a house. Thank you to the staff who was awsome and no thanks to the staff who was rude.
