Lakeside Villas

I love it !!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/20/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   Ok, get real guys...the only problem at Lakeside is the parking and that is only IF you live by the 1,2 or 4 buildings. The parking near the back gate isn't that good, but everything else is great ! The landscaping is beautiful, the pools are kept clean, the fitness center is incredible, they have a group of people who organizes activities and functions (like the Saturday morning brunch),the maintenance is the best and most knowledgable I have ever seen and the staff is wonderful. They remember your name and treat you with respect. I have lived places where the staff doesn't know your name, apartment number and doesn't give you the time of day when you walk in the office. The manager is named Catherine, and she is very friendly, Assistant Manager is Jerry and I don't know where in the world the other resident got that he is rude, but he has always been helpful to me and my family, Keri is the Leasing Agent and is so friendly with a wonderful personality and always greets me with a smile and I believe there is a new girl who seems like she is right on the ball too. I have read some of the other properties reviews and they almost always have a complaint about staff and maintenance, but I can assure you, these people really want to take care of their property and keep everyone here for years. There do seem to be alot of Military here, but doesn't that make one feel somewhat safe. At least we know it's very unlikely we have a crack house by us. In a nutshell, I believe this is THE property in S.A. to live and recommend it to all who are seeking a "home" !!!!!
