shop around From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/13/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I would not rent from here again. We had alot of problems 1st moving in. Are place was not clean and are carpets where in bad shape. We did have a prob with ants and we sprayed and everything and they just seemed not to go away. We had probs with are one toliet which seemed to be broken more then it worked. The gates where always broken and there were ALOT of cars getting broken into. When one of are cars got broken into we told the staff and they acted like they had no clue that cars where getting broken into meanwhile we talked to some of our neighbors and they said they reported they breakins (beware the staff lies!!) We had a 2bed 2 bath and its was a pretty good size. We never had a problem with parking there was always enough parking were we lived. They do allow pets which is nice but the people who have dogs don't always pick up after them we had dog poop all over the grass where we lived by and a few times on the sidewalks Maintness was pretty good.
