Lakeside Villas

I've lived here 3 years... From: stellaire Date posted: 11/6/2006 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006   I really rely on these reviews when apt. shopping, so had to write a review here. I have lived in a different apt. every year for 8 years...until 3 years ago when i found Lakeside. The staff doesn't change every 3 weeks like most apt.'s They always remember who I am. I love my maintenance guy Pauly. We even exchanged Christmas gifts last year. I only had one incident when I didn't feel safe alone in my apt. (I'm a single girl), but there has since been a security guard on the premises. You really can't ask for a better location, better quality (they're old, but you can't hear your nighbor's every move!), price, or staff. I renewed my rent for another year and a half!
