not worth the money From: maldol Date posted: 11/16/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   the apartments are nice and the grounds are well kept but when the management changed so did my attitude about the complex. the end of my lease was coming up and instead of working with me and giving me the same rent price i was paying, they wanted to up it by about $150 and im sorry but paying $1150 for a 2 bdrm apt is pretty crazy. so i tried going with a 1 bdrm with a den and they wanted $900 plus a new pet deposit when my pets hadnt even messed up the old apt. the new management was horrible and the apts arent worth the price you pay!!!!!!!
