When I moved here, Lakeside Villas was a nice place to live. (The property was under different management.) Since then, it has changed over to Lincoln Properties and I cannot even get the office to answer the phone. They have answering service the gives them the messages but they still don't respond. I had to make 5 requests (in person) to get my light bulb changed in person and my shower was broken for 3 days, and no one saw that as an urgent issue. I have to park outside of the complex if I get here anytime after 6 pm. The second gate is ALWAYS broken. You don't need a code to get into here, just press the same buttons you would use during office hours. The "professional" painters painted my patio door shut! The staff seems warm and inviting, but they must take requests and throw them out of the window, because you have to keep reminding them. It may look nice from the outside, but trust me, you don't want to move in here!

I couldn't agree with you more. I lived there for a year since Lincoln Property Company took over, and their management team is the worst! I always received different answers depending on who I talked to & NOBODY ever returned my phone calls or followed through on any requests. It's been 2 months & I still have not received my deposit after multiple phone calls. I even called the regional office manager who has yet to let me know anything.
