In desperate need of update! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/2/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   These apartments were nice because they were large and spacious, but they are in desperate need of updates! The kitchen appliances are extrememly old. Our oven caught fire! The AC unit was also busted for a short time. Our toilet also flooded, and it took over a month for our carpet padding to be replaced. The grounds were always very muddy and slippery. When my husband received military orders to move, we could not easily get out of our lease and were actually fined. This community is over priced for what you actually get.
