Landera going downhill with Management changes

Ive lived here since 1999 and though Id still recommend it because the floor plans are large and I think you get more for your money in that respect, I have a few gripes that have come up the past two years or so.
Firstly, my neighbors are extremely noisy. A couple of them play ridiculously loud music day and night so that my entire apartment is vibrating -- I can hear the lampshades and the glasses on the wet bar making noise thats how loud it is. It pulses right into your brain and you can get away because the bass is so loud it makes the building vibrate. Even if you were deaf youd feel like you were in a cocktail shaker.
People walk their dogs all over the property, especially near the pool and laundry areas. If you have to visit either of these places (bearing in mind the MINISCULE exercise room is inside the pool area) you should always watch for doggy poop in the walkways, in the grass, near windows and doors, etc. I kid you not. This is like a poop garden. Its really disgusting.
The management changed about a year and a half or so ago and the new manager tends to be very hesitant to be helpful or to go after offenders. I called her after seeing a man with his two dogs in the community pool and she tried to make excuses for him. YUCK. I think shes too afraid of people to enforce the rules. When I go to her for help she acts kind of cold like I am bothering her or she doesnt really care what is wrong. Its like, "hurry up and get out of here" kind of attitude.
The assistant manager is better but she seems very focused on getting new people in rather than making the residents satisfied. If youre a resident with a problem and you walk to the office and the managers are going to show an apt or have a new person in there looking for an apt, you will be told to come back later.
There are people who live by the pool who, almost every Friday and/or Saturday night, get drunk and start talking very loudly. Actually theyre screaming but they dont know it because theyre too drunk. Ive called the service on them countless times yet they still live here. WTF' Now i find that Landera has done away with the service! I left a message to complain about my neighbors loud crazy music and NO ONE got back to me!
They are really slipping here at Landera.
Not to mention that the crazy loud music people and the crazy loud drunks are still living here. youd think that after YEARS of their antics theyd have been given enough lease violations to warrant an eviction, no' Not to mention a neighbor of mine parked his motorcycle on his patio regularly for at least a year and a half with no consequences, people park in the "red zones" constantly, peoples dogs poop everywhere, people have huge beer decorations and metal flags up on their patios with no one telling them to remove the stuff AND people store boxes and all sorts of crap on their patios without consequence.
I think the current manager really needs to stop with this favortism she is showing to other tenants. They must be paying her off because I dont see how this stuff can go on for years without having those twits evicted.
The price of this place has skyrocketed as well. Its just getting dumpier and theres only the manager to blame.
The maintenence staff is still awesome, though. They have the nicest guys and they're polite and do good work. The only problem I have had with them is one item in my place which they say isn't broken but when I turn it on it smells like it's burning. That can't be normal.
Landera had each building's exterior completely cleaned and painted in the past couple of years, and they have added landscaping to areas where it was needed but they still have a few problems here and there with dog poo and noisy people hanging around outside not to mention children riding their bikes on the very narrow walking paths.
