I had three weeks to move across country and had an apartment locator find me somewhere to move into. The staff at Landera made the moving in and getting setttled very easy for me.
Firstly, I was set to move in on a Monday..however my travel time put me in San Antonio a full day ahead of schedule. One of the members of the office staff came to assist me and set me up with my paperwork on Sunday (the office is closed on Sunday) right after church. They were always very helpful in providing recommendations and directions to help me navigate this new city.
My a/c was acting up and it was fixed within hours of my call.
I would continue to live here, although I'd like to live closer into the city and I'll not lie...you have the lovely sound of airplanes overhead. Sitting at the pool on a Sunday afternoon while trying to read the paper was a chore due to the incredibly loud jet engine sound. In spite of this, and all the traffic (I live in a unit near the road) the interior of the apartment remains relatively quiet considering how much vehicular and air traffic goes by in a day.
I've never had a problem with neighbors, but then again I don't live by the pool. Parking has always been a piece of cake. They've taken out the speedbumps so those aren't there to annoy me anymore.
All things considered...it's not a bad place. Particularly pleased with the staff, they know everyone by name.
