When I first moved in, the management was really great. They always remembered me when I came in to talk to them. The floor plans are really cool. The apartment wasn't in the greatest shape, but I moved in right after the other people moved out, so they didnt really have time to fix it. The manager is really great. I had to leave town for a month for a really big emergency, I let her know when I came back and found a notice on my door for the water bill, and she only made me pay the water bill...she didn't evict me or make me pay late charges. The maintenance staff is FANTASTIC! If you let them know that you have a problem, they will be there within the hour and will have it fixed in 20 minutes. My air conditioner didn't work and he was in and out and it runs beautifully now. My dishwasher started to leak so he came and fixed it along with the tiles that it had messed up. They are really nice, efficient, and very curteous. The noise level is very minimal. All of my neighbors are very quiet. The greatest part about this place is that they have a program where you earn credit points towards buying a house from their company. It is great for someone who doesnt plan on living in an apartment their whole life. I really like this place!!! I would reccomend it to ANYONE.
