I would not wish this on my enemies.

I have been here for one year and I am so glad that my lease is almost up. Well, first of all when I moved in my apartment wasn't even clean. There were paint chips and dirt all over the place. The walls are very thin and you can hear your neighbors do everything. And I mean everything. The biggest issue I have with Las Cimas is that when the water heater upstairs started to leak it took them a month to fix it. I had to move my clothes out of the closet, soak up the water from the carpet and put a bucket under the leak. I could not believe that water was dripping all over my closet for a MONTH. When I told them about it they kept telling me they had fixed it. I would always ask, "If it is fixed why is there still a leak'" I never got a true answer. They even told me they would paint the ceiling, clean my carpet...etc. Well, it has been almost six months since the incident and you can still smell the carpet, you can also see the water stains all over the ceiling and walls, and the mold. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I do have to say that the office staff is friendly but not helpful. Oh since these apartments were grandfathered in just becareful...they used alluminum wiring. Hmmm... I should have looked inside the breaker box when I moved in.
